Abstract
The simulation of pressure drop on uniform fluidization in fluidized bed reactor has been carried out. The Eulerian model in Ansys-Fluent enables paramount simulating tool for investigating heavy phase particulate flows incorporating multiplex inter-phase momentum transfer. Precise mathematical siluation of this correlated physics, the incorporated drag law carry out to be an essential characteristics. Therefore, It is cruicial to employ a drag law that accurately investigates the emergent or minimum fluidization orders where the particle bed is cruicial inn a condition of suspension by thr outcome of the stability between interficial body and drag forces. The motive of this research is to study the hydrodynamics in a fluidized bed. This also reveales how to practice a drag law for granular gas solid flow. The determination of simulation are linking the velocities and pressure drop. Our main focus of this study is to incorporate the comparitive offering of preesure drop in uniform fluidization. The interficial area has also has procured the optimum area of fluidization process for heat and mass transfer. The results also demonstrate that interface in bed is influneced by its level.
