Corrosive and Scaling nature of water is one of the factor that is essentially used in prcess industries before processing. Utilization of langelier saturation Index can gives an aprroxiamate indication of these properties.  LSI is completey depend on tha degree of saturation of CaCO3  using pH , temperature, TDS and concentation of calcium and Bi carboate Ions. During experimentation, it has been found that the posivite value of LSI leads to the Scale formation while nagative values leads to the no scaling whereas the estimated saturation pH frm the model indicated the high pH results in corrosive nature. The results are verified from the the saturation pH values and the experimented pH values.
