Abstract


Corrugated Box Manufacturing process is Comprised of number of operations and parameters that need to be manipulated in such a way that maximum output can be achieved with minimum usage of resources among different variables Steam Flow rate, Bed Temperature, processing Speed, Adhesive application, heat transfer per unit area are the variables which governed the efficiency of process and quality of the product and process economics

In this paper different model will be presented in which set of different variables will be manipulated and their combined impact will be analyzed. These models will be based on actual processing and required process efficiency. Production has to focus on different parameters to make more efficient processes to produce high quality product while at the same time reducing costs.

The Production procedure of corrugated boxes has critical effect on the nature of creased box. Pasting, Creasing, Slotting & printing, and gluing all should be streamlined in genuine activity. Initially, the quality of box is related with the width of cardboard.
