The Persian scholars of subcontinent have written thousand of valuablebooks particularly in the fields of mysticism and Sufism. In the presentarticle an eminent book titled Asbaab ul Maghfrat o Daleel ul Ihsan,written by a lesser known writer named Mustaqeem, has been evaluatedand introduced. The writer was born in the historic city of Multan andmost properly wrote this important book in the historic city of bhera,located near Sargodha, presently in the Punjab province of Pakistan.The scholar has also introduced several available manuscripts of bookas well.Key words: Persian literature, subcontinent, Sufi literature, Punjab,Asbaab ul Maghfrat wa Daleel Ul ishan
