Dr. Nauman Raza is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of the Punjab, specializing in soliton theory, nonlinear dynamics, scientific computing, and numerical methods for differential equations. He completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at McMaster University, Canada, focusing on applied mathematics and high-performance computing.

With over 250 research papers in impact-factor journals, more than 5,100 citations, and an h-index of 42, Dr. Raza has been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists for citation impact in global lists released by Stanford University in various disciplines for the consecutive five years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024). by Stanford University for five consecutive years (2020–2024).

He has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels, has supervised 8 PhD and 27 MPhil theses, and currently mentors several research students. Beyond teaching and supervision, Dr. Raza actively contributes to editorial and academic roles and regularly engages with the global mathematical community through conferences, workshops, and peer review.
