Mr. Muhammad Arshad, Assistant Professor of Social Work, University of the Punjab has completed his Master’s Degree in Social Work, MPhil in Social Sciences and doing PhD in Social Work from University of the Punjab, Lahore. Mr. Arshad has worked with different national and international organizations of public and private sector, recognized as an expert in the field of Child Protection and has vast experience in designing and implementation of strategies for child welfare and protection.
Mr. Arshad is an excellent trainer and has conducted numerous trainings for officers of Social Welfare, Women Development, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Police, Prison, Parole & Probation departments as well as people from Civil Society organizations including media, judiciary, volunteers etc. He has been providing technical expertise and consultative services policy, planning, research and development of social sector. Mr. Arshad has the honor to work with governments of Azad State of Jammu & Kashmir, KPK and Punjab to develop different policies, laws and standard operating procedure (SOPs) for child protection, welfare and development.
