Dr. Muqqadas Rehman is Professor and Director at Institute of Business Administration (IBA). She has done her PhD in Marketing from the University of Newcastle, Australia (2010-2014), NSW. Previously, she did her MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan (1996-1998).
She has served as Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Hailey College of Commerce before joining IBA. She is currently working as Director IBA, and has working experience of more than 19 years. She is also Convener Board of Studies of IBA, Member of Board of faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, Member of Academic Council, Member of Admission Committee, Member of Procurement Committee, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She is voluntary working as Project Management Consultant at Oasis School of Austism, Pakistan (School for Special Need Children). Previously she had been the Member of Doctoral Committee Hailey College of Commerce, PU. Member Board of Studies, Member Board of Faculty in Hailey College of Commerce.
She has published her work in various International & National HEC Recognized Journals. Moreover she has supervised 11 Ph.D. students and 150 + M.Phil students. She has organized national and International Seminars, Conferences, Training and Workshops. She has been rewarded for winning “Three Minute Thesis” (3MT) competition (2013) by the University of Newcastle, Australia. Dr. Muqqadas Rehman also received a Thematic Grant from Higher Education Commission Pakistan under the Project title “ Role of Student Participation in Value Co- Creation: The Provision Of Educational Support Services to the Higher Education Students in Pakistan Involving Service-Dominant Logic” for the year 2018-19.
The most precious gift she has given to Pakistan in the field of academics is that she received the Vice Chancellor Award by University of Newcastle, Australia for providing the "Best Thesis" by inventing a new grounded theory about Value Co- Creation & Service Dominant Logic by merging the "Marketing & Health" theories.
