Dr. Shamim Ullah is working as an Assistant Professor (Adhoc) at Department of Elementary Education, Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan. He has completed his Ph. D degree in Education from Institute of Education and Research, Punjab University and M.Phil. in Chemistry from GCU Lahore. His Area of specialization in Ph. D was Educational Administration. He has been serving in the field of Education for the last thirteen years. He also has three years’ experience as a chemistry teacher at Govt. High School at Lahore and six years’ experience of teaching at University of Education for teaching masters and B. Ed Hons classes. He has taken different trainings at national and international levels for research and professional development. He is the reviewer of five books. He has got publications, in the journals of national and international repute and many are under publication process. He has presented papers in national and international conferences. He has visited Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Thailand. He has contributed in the development of curriculum of "General Science” for I to III and B Ed. (Hon 4 Years program). He is member of different committees of Institute of Education and Research and convener of Review Committee of Text Books of Punjab Text Book Board, Lahore. His focus of interest is to conduct researches on different areas of Educational Administration, STEM Education, General Education, Higher Education, Science Education etc.
