Prof. Dr. Hamed Sattar did his graduation from the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology (ICET), University of the Punjab, Lahore in 2002 and joined the same Institute as Lecturer in the same year. He completed his MSc in 2006 and then obtained his PhD degree from the University of Leeds, UK in 2013. His research area is mainly focused on combustion and pyrolysis of coal, agricultural, and municipal waste. He is also member of research team working on wastewater treatment. He has published more than 30 research articles in journals of international repute. His research work has also been published in more than 21 international conference proceedings. Currently he is working as Professor at Institute of Energy and Environmental Engineering, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
