Dr. Saira Hameed has been working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, University of the Punjab since 2006. She has received degree of MSc in Mathematics with gold medal, from Lahore College for Women University, Lahore. She completed her MPhil in Mathematics from University of Education, Lahore. The title of her MPhil thesis is “On the Algebras of Octonians and Split Octonians over Zp”. Currently, she is doing PhD research work under the supervision of Dr. Uzma Ahmad. Her field of interest is pure mathematics, mainly algebra and graph theory.
