Silica Gel commonly used for absorption of moisture content in our daily life. Synthesis of spherical silica gel on laboratory scale by sol-gel method will be focus of this article. In addition this study will discuss the effect of different parameters like PH, specific gravity of reactants and temperature conditions. Synthesis of silica gel is an old technique through Sol- gel method in which after making of silica gel they have to give spherical shape. Most of the work related to this study is in patent form. In this study sodium silicate and sulphuric acid of different specific gravity got mix both make gel of specific PH. This gel of specific PH will get dry when we will drop it into the heated mineral oil or lubricating oil in specific spherical pattern.
