Ideological resemblance between Shahnama Firdousi and the Works of Abey
Abstract
Ibrahim Abae Qunanbaiuli (1845-1904), founder of modern Kazakhliterature, was a great Kazakh poet, composer and philosopher. He was the firstKazakh scholar who paid attention towards the significance of oriental cultureand civilization. He got his early education at his native town and got familiarwith the works of Persian, Arabic and Turkish poets and scholars. With thepassage of time, he developed his interest in Persian Literature and wasimmensely influenced by Ferdowsi Tusi. Abae is one of the most celebratedscholars of Kazakhstan and the National University of Kazakhstan, founded in1928, has been named after his name. In this research article, the writer hasanalyzed the resemblance between the works of Ferdowsi Tusi and Abey.Key words:Ferdowsi Tusi, Shahnameh of Ferdowsi, Kazakh Literature, Abey,Literary Works, Introduction, Analyses.
