Sindh is an ancient land with rich culture and civilization. Valuableinformation about Sindh is found in almost every book written on IndianHistory and Culture. Sindh is a province of Pakistan and has historical, cultural,geographical and literary ties with Iran even before the Independence ofPakistan. These brotherly and friendly relations have a history of more than2500 years. Even the traces of Iranian influence can be found in Mohenjodaro.Before the advent of Islam most of the Sindhi people were Hindus butMuhammad Bin Qasim defeated Raja Dahir in 93 A.H., captured Sindh andmost of the Sindhis accepted Islam as their religion. In this research article, thehistory and culture of Sindh has been introduced and evaluated.Key words:Sindh in ancient religious books, Arab Invasion, Mohenjodaro, Cultural andLiterary relations of Sindh with Iran.
