Commentaries on the works of Persian poets have importance andsignificance in Sub-continent’s Persian literature. Scholars and writers ofSub-continent have produced some excellent works. Bahlool Kaul BarkiJalandhary has written commentaries on the poetic works of HafizSherazi, Saib Tabrizi, Nasir Ali Sarhindi and Ghani Kashmiri.
