Focus and Scope

International Journal of Business Reflections ISSN 2708-9290 (Print); ISSN 2708-9304 (Online) is an open access, peer-reviewed multidisciplinary HEC Recognized journal published by Hailey College of Banking & Finance, University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan.

The core objective of IJBR is to provide a scientific publishing platform to researchers and policy makers to enhance the dissemination of knowledge across the multidisciplinary community. The journal covers both empirical and theoretical aspects of research and gives the chance on sharing knowledge among practitioners.

Peer Review Process

All article submitted to IJBR are gone through initial screening including editorial review and plagiarism checking with Turnitin software. In next stage articles are sent to three /four referees for double blind review. After that authors are informed about comments of the referees for revising the article accordingly, if required. Overall, the review process may take two to three months.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

IJBR provides open access to works we publish using the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license. Under this license, we require first publishing rights from authors to publish and disseminate their research articles, while authors retain ownership of the copyright in their works. This allows anyone to download, print, distribute, reuse, modify and copy the content without requesting extra permission from the authors or the publishers only if appropriate credits are given to the original authors and source.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
