We invite you to submit your research to Leadership and Organizational Behavior Journal (LOBJ), ISSN-2789-682X (print), 2790-198X (online), a bi-annual journal of Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.

LOBJ provides an outlook of research advancements and understandings in the field of leadership, organizational Behavior and related subjects. We consider empirical articles, review articles, meta-analysis, case studies and book reviews for publication. The scope covers:

1.       Leadership in Organizations

2.       Human Resource Management

3.       Management in Organizations

4.       Organizational Behavior

5.       Any other topic that is relevant

Article length: 5000 - 8000 words

Review process: Double blind peer review
