Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

APA edition six should be followed to format the document. Introduction should be given by highlighting the importance of the study and variables under study. After precise introduction add review of the related literature. Latest references (not older than five years) should be given in APA format. After identification of the gap, rationale and significance of the study should be given immediately before objectives of the study. [Time New Roman, 11 Point]

APA edition six should be followed for headings and subheadings. Subheads should be at reasonable intervals to break the monotony of lengthy text. Headings should be given to mention specificity of a section i.e. introduction, objectives of the study, methodology, population, sample and sampling technique, results of data analysis, discussion, recommendations and references.
Main Body of the Document [Time New Roman, 11 Point Bold]
Document should be typed on 8.27/ 11.69" white paper, upper and lower case; line spaced should be 1.15 in entire document, with margins of 1.88" on top and bottom; 1.38" on left and 1.39" on right side. Header and footer should be .49" from the edges. It should be aligned on the left side. The text size should be 11 for running text and 12-13 point for headings. Paragraph pacing should be 8pt. Words to be set in italics, not underlined. Abbreviations and acronyms should be spelled out at first mention unless they are well known to the readers (e.g., IQ needs no explanation).
Table, Figure and Illustrations
The purpose of tables and figures is to present data to the reader in a clear and unambiguous manner. The author should not describe the data in the text in such detail that illustration or text is redundant. Figures and tables should be keyed to the text on its appropriate place. References
