Focus and Scope
Governance and Management Review provides a platform for research and scholarship on management-oriented topics and themes. The journal publishes articles of a multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary nature as well as empirical research from; and within traditional disciplines and managerial functions. Conceptual and empirical paper contributions are invited and the journal will include articles across the full range of business and management disciplines. Besides research articles journal also publishes review papers including book reviews. GMR is a peer reviewed journal with an editorial board comprising of some very renowned national and international academics in the field of management. |

Peer Review Process
GMR has a double blind peer review process. The reviewers are selected with reference to them being experts in their respective research area or their research interest is similar to that of the article to be reviewed. Atleast one reviewer from an International University and another from the national universities is selected to review the article. The review process at the minimum takes 4 weeks time after which the reviews are share with the authors.
