LAHORE: (Tuesday, May 31, 2016): Punjab University’s two athletes are participating in Junior Asian Athletics Championship to be held in Vietnam. In this regard, PU’s two athlete Muhammad Laiq and Muhammad Yasir, who will participate in 100 meter race and javelin throw competitions respectively, called on PU Vic Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran at his office here on Tuesday.

PU Director Sports Shamsa Hashmi, Additional Director Sports Chaudhry Mehmood Khalid and Sports Officer Muhammad Nabeel were also present on the occasion. The players thanked PU VC Dr Mujahid Kamran for his support and showed their determination to perform at their best and bring laurels to Punjab University.
