Sealed tenders addressed to the Principal Investigator School of Biological Sciences shall be received up to 27-06-2016 (10:30a.m) and shall be opened by the Institutional Purchase Committee on same day at 11:30a.m in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to attend.

The earnest money at the rate of 2% of the estimated cost in shape of Deposit at Call in the name of Principal Investigator of SBS, Lahore must accompany with the offer, failing which the offer will be rejected.

The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
|

(ii)
|
The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds. |

(iii)
|
Tender documents will be issued immediately from the date of publish the tender. |

Details and specifications of items should be obtained from the date of advertisement from the office of the School of Biological Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore during the official hours at a cost of Rs.1000/= non refundable.
